Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched between 1 to 14 days after receipt of payment and are shipped if possible with tracking code. If you prefer Express delivery , an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In case of cancellation of your order, you will be refunded the entire amount including the shipping amount within 8 days from the day we recieve the product.

In case of a change, the cost of reshipment is not covered. The product must be in its original condition and not used or worn or damaged in any way otherwise your request for a product return will not be accepted.
